Morning Session: Maximising Stability and Technical Efficiency
|
Part 1: Future-Proof Maintenance & Advanced Configuration 1
Stop wasting unnecessary hours on routine maintenance. This session goes beyond basic setups to show you how to streamline system tasks and master the transition from DrayOS 4 to DrayOS 5.
- The Benefit: Ensure your clients' networks remain rock-solid with the latest firmware and protocols, reducing the risk of "emergency" site visits and unpaid support calls.
Part 2: Rapid Diagnostics and Pain-Free Troubleshooting
When a network goes down, every minute counts. We use DrayTek’s advanced diagnostic tools to help you identify and resolve bottlenecks or connectivity issues in minutes, not hours.
- The Benefit: Position yourself as the expert who resolves issues faster than the competition. Learn to use software management tools to see "inside" the network, enabling you to fix problems before the customer even notices.
|
|
Afternoon Session: Scaling Your Managed Services with VigorACS 3
|
VigorACS 3: Centralised Management for Profitability
Don't simply sell hardware; offer a managed service instead. This module familiarises you with the VigorACS 3 platform and demonstrates how to oversee hundreds of remote sites from a single unified dashboard.
- The Benefit: Significantly reduce your operational expenses by executing mass firmware updates, remote configuration backups, and real-time status monitoring directly from your office.
Security-First Networking & Hands-On Lab: Apply theory through real-world scenarios aimed at enhancing network security and performance.
- The Benefit: Walk away with a blueprint for a high-security network architecture that protects your clients from modern threats, giving them peace of mind and you a repeatable, high-value service offering.
